A time to refocus. A time to recharge your spiritual batteries.
Rearrange your schedule if necessary. Perhaps, consider it a
discipline of “fasting” from other meetings, running, shopping,
recreation, TV, and other activities for four (4) days.

LUNCH WITH PASTOR LARRY DENTLER AT HOSS’S of West York – Sunday, October 20. All day Sunday is a fundraiser for Hurricanes Helene & Milton Disaster Relief at Hoss’s of West York—also a time to gather for great food & fellowship for Sunday lunch. Please use the Hoss’s email or card when ordering. If you do not have either, please see Emily & Mark Lipsitz for your cards & emails. Hoss’s of West York hours: Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm.

$100 DOLLAR BILL NIGHT – Tuesday
It was while cleaning up after a Tuesday night at church at REVIVAL in 1995 that a crumpled $100 dollar bill was
found in the dining area. No one claimed the bill so it was received as a mysterious, miraculous offering towards our
REVIVAL MISSION OFFERING. Every year since then, on Tuesday of REVIVAL week several $100 gifts have been
received in a loaves & fishes miracle of stewardship joy!

Our nursery will be staffed to care for your little ones (ages 5 and under) each evening.

REVIVAL MISSION OFFERING:

Hurricanes Helene and Milton are two of the strongest hurricanes that have made landfall, sweeping through the southeast leaving a path of catastrophic devastation. Many lives have been lost, homes and businesses have been destroyed and life has been turned upside down for so many people.

This year’s Revival Mission Offering is going towards the Covenant Brethren Church, in partnership with Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Relief aid for the recovery from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

OUR REVIVAL 2024 EVANGELISTS:

Pastor Larry Dentler has served as pastor for 53 years. Most recently served Bermudian for 30 years. Upon retiring, he is now on the Executive Board of both the CBC denomination and the CBC Susquehanna Region.

Pastor Brian Markle has served as Senior Pastor for more than 12 years in the Church of the Brethren. He has served at Lakeview Christian Fellowship, Shippensburg C.O.B. and West York C.O.B. Presently he is interim pastor at Lakeview Christian Fellowship.

Pastor Ed Robbins has been involved in pastoral ministry for 43 years. Recently served the Monocacy Church, Rocky Ridge, MD. Pastor Ed has now retired and also does pulpit fill. He currently serves on the Susquehanna Region Board of the CBC.

For this is what the high and exalted One says—

he who lives forever, whose name is holy:
“I live in a high and holy place,
but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit,
to revive the spirit of the lowly
and to revive the heart of the contrite.
